You will receive extensive on the job Recruitment training coupled with the personal development you are looking for - in return we need you to enjoy the challenge of working in a competitive, target driven environment and to go above and beyond the normal call of duty. In this Trainee Recruitment role you will be responsible for managing a defined set of clients who will range from leading Media, Fashion, Property, Retail companies through to rapidly expanding SME's.
Working from our office based in Paddington we will develop your Recruitment skills to target clients within London, creating interest through your telephone sales skills before meeting them face to face discussing their Recruitment needs and building a long term relationship.
Alongside this, you will source and manage a portfolio of candidates, representing them to your client base. This Trainee Recruitment role is not just matching candidates with clients. It's about sales - selling the company you are Recruiting for to your candidates, influencing clients as to who is the best candidate for the role and why, as well as identifying and overcoming concerns of both parties.
